Lean UX vs. Agile UX, or just confusing terminology?

Information Technology as any other fabrication activity have its processes to make digital products, software and websites. As any process, IT can be organized and optimized into something, e.g named “waterfall”.  We also heard names labeled – Lean, Agile and UX (user and consumer experience) – nowadays, many of these  are “buzz-words” used by developers to describe their process. Although, often project stakeholders have mixed understanding of the meaning and use confusing definitions of these processes.
